Accommodations
Rooms have been reserved for attendees at the hotels below and can be booked when registering for the Conference. All rates are per room, per night, and do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified. We will indicate in the descriptions below when all allocated rooms have been booked for each hotel. See below for hotel and shuttle options.
Students: If an SEG Student Member receives travel support to attend the Conference, they may also be eligible for shared accommodations support. Full details will be e-mailed to eligible students by May 31, 2015.
Bookings
You can book accommodations when registering for the Conference. The online registration portal allows you to reserve available rooms. You will be required to provide credit card details, which will be forwarded to the hotel. Please e-mail your accommodation requirements to mail@conferencedesign.com.au if you have already registered for the Conference. We recommend you make your reservations early, as hotels require unsold rooms to be released at 90, 60, and 30 days prior to the event date.
Extended Bookings
Please contact mail@conferencedesign.com.au if you wish to extend your accommodation booking before or after the Conference.
Changes and Cancellations
Please note the cancellation policies listed for each hotel. Cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee equal to at least one night's accommodation. However, each hotel's policy varies, and you may be charged for all the nights booked. Please contact mail@conferencedesign.com.au with any cancellations and date changes.
Early Check-in Requests
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design. You can enter requests for an early check-in in the "Special Requests" field, and the hotel will do its best to accommodate your needs. Please contact the hotel beforehand to confirm check-in time.
Payment
All final expenses must be settled using a credit card when you check out. Please contact mail@conferencedesign.com.au if you wish to make a pre-payment toward your accommodation with your registration. Any pre-payments made to Conference Design will be forwarded to your hotel. Pre-payments must be received 30 days prior to the Conference.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours will attract a 100% cancellation charge. No shows will be subject to full cancellation fee of the quoted rate per night.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellation inside 48 hours prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of the first night's accommodation cost will apply. No refunds will be given for early checkouts.

Cancellation Policy: If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or guests fail to arrive, cancellation charges equal to one night's accommodation will apply. 72 hours' notice is required for reductions in stays; failure to provide this notice will result in charges equal to nights reduced.
