Yes, we anticipate most field trips and short courses will sell out. For availability, refer to the field trips or workshops pages.
We strongly suggest that you purchase conference dinner tickets when you register for the conference. Final catering numbers are submitted a few weeks before the conference opens. Onsite dinner purchase requests may only be possible if there are cancellations.

Keystone is located in the Colorado Rocky Mountains and has an elevation of 9,280 feet above sea level. If you are not accustomed to a high altitude, you can experience shortness of breath, fatigue, and tiredness. You are advised to drink plenty of water and avoid strenuous activities until you acclimatize. The weather is variable in late September and it can snow, so be sure to bring layers for varying temperatures.

If an SEG Student Member receives travel support to attend the SEG 2018 Conference, they may also be eligible for shared accommodations support. Full details will be e-mailed to eligible students by May 31, 2018. Students who are not presenting an oral or poster presentation are not eligible for this support.

While it is encouraged to have a physical presence as often as possible, it is especially beneficial for your chapter to have at least one representative available to answer questions during breaks and lunches when you will see the highest amount of traffic by conference attendees.

Yes. For the convenience of our traveling mothers, we have set up a Mother's Room in the Conference Service Office in the Business Center during conference hours. There will be a person at the front desk in this office who will direct you to the room. It will have a refrigerator and sanitizing wipes for your use.
